Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. This theme is provided as a one-time developer toolkit with no support or guarantees. By continuing, you accept full responsibility for its use.

Terms of Sale – Hair Royal Highness

By placing an order with Hair Royal Highness (“we”, “us”, “our”) you agree to the following Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not purchase from our store.

1. Nature of Products

Hair Royal Highness supplies:

  • Russian Genius Weft hair extensions
  • Other hair extension products and accessories
  • Haircare and related products

Many of our products are classed as hygiene-sensitive items. For this reason, our returns and exchange rules are stricter than for general retail goods (see Section 3). This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • If there is an error in pricing or product information, we may cancel or refuse the order and refund any amounts paid.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

Because our products are for personal and professional hair application, strict hygiene rules apply:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Hair extensions or hair products that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, washed, brushed, styled, or otherwise altered
  • Products removed from their original ties, seals, nets, or packaging (where applicable)
  • Items showing signs of use, handling, or contamination (including perfume, smoke, or product residue)

We may accept returns for:

  • Hair extensions and products that are unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging, suitable for resale
  • Products returned to us within a reasonable period (for example 14 days from delivery) with proof of purchase, provided they comply with our hygiene requirements

If a product is found to be faulty (manufacturing defect) on receipt:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue
  • Do not install or alter the hair before we have assessed your claim
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights

We reserve the right to inspect and verify the condition of any returned goods before issuing a refund or replacement. Any refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

4. Colour Matching & Product Images

  • We make every effort to display colours and textures accurately, but screen settings, lighting, and devices may cause variations.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or curl pattern between batches are normal for human hair products.
  • Colour matching recommendations are given in good faith but remain your responsibility to assess for your client or personal use.

We are not liable for dissatisfaction arising from colour perception differences, where the product supplied matches the description and shade ordered.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Delays due to courier issues, customs, or other external factors are outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

If your order arrives damaged in transit:

  • Photograph the packaging and contents as soon as possible
  • Contact us promptly so we can assist and, where appropriate, raise the issue with the courier

6. Professional Use & Application

Many Hair Royal Highness products are intended for use by qualified hair professionals:

  • Installation, removal, colouring, and maintenance of hair extensions should only be carried out by suitably trained stylists.
  • You are responsible for checking suitability for the client’s natural hair, scalp health, and lifestyle.
  • Incorrect application, removal, or aftercare can result in damage to natural hair or the extensions and is not considered a product fault.

We do not accept liability for damage caused by:

  • Improper application or removal
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions
  • Use with incompatible chemicals, tools, or techniques

7. Aftercare & Product Lifespan

The longevity of hair extensions depends on:

  • Correct application and removal
  • Adherence to aftercare routines and recommended products
  • Frequency of washing, heat styling, and environmental exposure

While we supply high-quality products, we do not guarantee a specific lifespan, as usage conditions vary widely between clients and stylists.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Offer Terms

From time to time, we may run promotions or discount offers:

  • Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligible products, dates, and any minimum spend.
  • Discounts cannot usually be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

  • All branding, logos, imagery, product names, and website content remain the intellectual property of Hair Royal Highness (or our licensors).
  • You may not use our name, logo, or branded materials to sell your own products or create the impression of official partnership without written permission.
  • Use of our brand in social media posts, portfolio images, or client photos is generally permitted provided it is truthful and not misleading.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair Royal Highness will not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from improper application, removal, or aftercare
  • Indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of earnings, salon downtime, or reputational damage
  • Issues caused by third-party services, such as couriers, payment processors, or salons

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. By Purchasing, You Confirm That:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale
  • You understand the hygiene-based return restrictions
  • You accept responsibility for correct application, aftercare, and client suitability (where you are a stylist or salon)
